Ingredients: - 3 pound French roast - 2 small onions sliced - 2 heads of garlic - 6 small carrots halved - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 cup dry red wine - 4 tbsp soy sauce - 3 tbsp honey Directions: - Salt and pepper your roast and sear it until it gets nice and brown - While that’s browning cut your onions and carrots and cut the top off your garlic heads - Take the roast out placing it in a roaster and add your onions to your pan allowing those to caramelize - Add in your red wine, soy sauce, Dijon, honey, rosemary, and thyme allowing that to simmer for 10 minutes - Add your carrots and garlic heads to the roaster and
