Ingredients: Soup Base: 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1-inch piece ginger (sliced) 1 tsp sesame oil Noodles & Protein: 8 oz rice noodles 12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined) Vegetables: 1 cup bok choy (chopped) ½ cup carrots (julienned) ¼ cup green onions (sliced) Optional Garnishes: Fresh cilantro Lime wedges Red chili flakes or sriracha Instructions: In a large pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add broth, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Bring to a simmer. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside. Add shrimp, bok choy, and carrots to the broth.
