Don’t take my word for it, just check all the positive reviews and comments. You’ll be happy with the results every time. You will need: 7 pounds trimmed beef brisket 1 cup barbecue seasoning: a mix of ( 3 tbsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper, 1 1/2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder) 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp salt barbecue sauce to served.
