Ingredients: - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted - 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened - 1 cup granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 3 large eggs - 1 cup sour cream - 1 cup chopped pistachios - 1 cup fresh raspberries - 1/2 cup raspberry jam (optional) - 1 cup heavy cream - 1/4 cup powdered sugar - Fresh raspberries and chopped pistachios for garnish Directions: 1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Set aside. 2.
