Ingredients

Two large chicken breast.
Salt 
Black pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons oil from @garciadelacruzoliveyou 
Large @ziploc bag

Sauce-

1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon minced ginger 
1/8 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/8 cup hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar white or rice wine
1 teaspoon honey 
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
Sesame seeds to garnish

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Season with salt, black pepper and white pepper load the chicken into a large Ziploc bag. Toss in cornstarch, flour, and oil . Mix.
