This was my lunch yesterday and I had the same again today 😆, very unusual for me. The base dough only uses 5 ingredients and then you can fill it with whatever you have in the fridge - savoury or sweet (banana and chocolate hazelnut spread anyone?!). I used ham, cheddar and @boursinuk for mine and it was mega! Served with some red cabbage slaw and salad leaves in the side. Note I've used the Mulino Caputo gf flour for this - it contains gf wheat starch, which is fine for coeliacs but not suitable if you have a wheat allergy.
