MENDOZA ZOO the Home of Arturo the saddest Polar Bear in the world, also the home of many other species, trapped in concrete enclosure with little shade no enrichment,this Zoo is fully aware of the international outrage but do little to better the lives of the animals under its care, advocates in Argentina are currently fighting for an Eco-Parque Bill to be passed this would bring change, new laws to protect and possible relocation of the animals to sanctuaries more able to accommodate them.
