Start with about 2 pounds of Chinese Broccoli, trim the ends of the leaves off and slice the ends of the large parts of the stems in half. Simmer some hot water, add 2 tbsps of vegetable oil and broccoli. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes and drain. For the oyster sauce you need 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sugar, 3 tbsps of oyster sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens and cook for 5 minutes.
