Staple poster board to the ceiling where you want the clouds to be. ☁️ 2. Stick on LED rope lights in a zig zag pattern. RGBIC lights or govee are great choices. ⚡️ 3. Using adhesive spray, add tufts of Buffalo snow or poly fil clouds over the poster and lights, making extra sure to cover up the rope lights well. It looks better that way! ✨☁️ Ta-da!
