Julie Jones * Fitness Trainer on Instagram: "Agility Cardio in just 24 minutes! All you need are yoga blocks or something small to use (towels, small weights, or books work great too). 

Each exercise is 45 seconds of work with a 15 second rest. Repeat 3 times. Modify as needed. 

Does anyone else work on agility? Being able to move in different directions and over things is a good skill to keep up!
