Let's dance on the beach....

Thirty years ago, a Bronx native returned home and photographed the ruins of his borough. As he revisits his pictures, he sees much more than the notorious rubble.

On a rainy afternoon, the woman opens her windows to let in the sound of raindrops falling. She dances barefoot on the wooden floor, her movements light and joyful, as if she's dancing with the rain itself, her spirits lifted by the soothing rhythm of the rain.
