As we work with menopausal women, reducing cortisol is usually something we do with all our clients. The FIRST place we look at is the activities they are doing that are producing MORE cortisol

Skipping meals
Poor gut health
Poor sleep
Lots of coffee and undereating
Overtraining compared to what they are eating
