Typically, sales centers are sleek and contemporary. After all, modern business transactions are what they’re all about. Mod Service Design took another tact entirely for its Everbon Gaoqiao Town Sales Center, winner of the sales centers & show flats category. The firm’s frame of reference was a rain-forest resort, one that, Shanghai-based creative director Jay Lee notes, “would make potential buyers feel as if they are on holiday.”
