1. Squats - 3 sets of 10 reps
2. Deadlifts - 3 sets of 10 reps
3. Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 reps
4. Pull-Ups - 3 sets of 8 reps (or assisted)
5. Overhead Press - 3 sets of 10 reps
6. Rows - 3 sets of 10 reps
7. Plank - 3 sets of 1 minute
