• 1 1/2 lbs Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
Produce
• 1 cup Cabbage, Purple
• 1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
• 1/2 inch Ginger, fresh
• 1/2 cup Mandarin oranges
• 3/4 tsp Onion powder
Condiments
• 1/4 cup Almond butter
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Avocado oil
• 1 Sea salt and black pepper
• 2 cups Slaw mix
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 3/4 cup Cashews, Raw
• 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
Other
• 3 Medjool dates (pitted and softened if necessary by soaking in very hot water for 5 minutes)
• 1 bunch Scallions (green and white parts, thinly sliced)
