Good ideas for the chickpeas and meatballs. I used Dk. Meat Turkey and it needed salt pork or some included fat. The eggplant seems superfluous. As written not worth the effort, but the ogurt and greens and hot meatballs and chickpeas are all good, 1) you are going to need more olive oil than the recipe recommends 2) once you have finished cooking the meatballs and eggplant, pop them in the oven at 200 degrees to keep it warm 3) season the chickpeas with a 1/2 tsp of paprika, red chili…
