Ingredients:
For Pork Chops:
4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp unsalted butter
½ cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
For Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Keep warm.
For Pork Chops: Season pork chops with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet. Sear pork chops on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
