Ingredients:
12 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 oz thinly sliced beef (or pre-cooked steak strips)
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Stir in cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Add cooked tortellini and shredded provolone. Toss until cheese is melted and creamy.
