Pinchos Morunos are a delicious Spanish tapas. These little pork kebabs are marinated and grilled then served with a paprika aioli sauce for a great summer appetizer.

• 1 Pork tenderloin, (about 1 1/4 lb)

• 1/2 tsp Coriander

• 3 cloves Garlic

• 2 Lemons, wedges

• 1/2 tsp Oregano

Refrigerated

• 1 Egg yolk

Condiments

• 3 tbsp Lemon juice

Baking & Spices

• 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground

• 1 dashes Cayenne

• 1 tsp Kosher salt

• 1 1/2 tsp Paprika

• 1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
