• 2 tbsp Peanuts, roasted
• 2 stalks Scallion

• 1 Water to soak eggplants

• 2 tbsp Soy sauce, dark
Baking & Spices
• 1 tsp Brown sugar, light
• 7 tsp Cornstarch
