35min · 6 servings Recipe • 1 1/2 pounds baby gold potatoes (halved) • 1/4 cup melted butter • 2 garlic cloves (grated) • 1/3 cup grated parmesan • 1 tsp smoked paprika • Salt • Pepper • 1/4 cup Parsley INSTRUCTIONS • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. • Add melted butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish • Add parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley into butter. • Spread thinly in the baking dish. • Score potatoes about 1/4-inch-deep in a diamond pattern (crosshatch). • Add potatoes cut-side of each potato in the pan. • Bake until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan creates a golden crust on the bottom of the potatoes, about 20-25 minutes. • Let stand 5 minutes before using a spatula to release potatoes from pan.
