I KNEW I wanted wood beams in the bathroom, but I’m still shook at how gorgeous these turned out — at a LEGIT FRACTION of the cost. You guys, we made beams for about $8 each!! Our trick? Use fence pickets!! We cut the dog-eared end off (our length worked, but you could have a seam if a longer beam is needed) and planed the wood for a smooth look. I’ll continue sharing more from this bathroom makeover, and other spaces, so make sure to follow along!
