ORGANIZATION STATION: HEADBAND HOLDER

Head band holder made from PVC pipe... I used 4" pipe, batting and fabric. Sewed the fabric to the batting in a quilted pattern. Then sewed wrong sides together to make a tube to fit over the pipe. Tucked in the ends, stitched them closed and hot glued clean fabric and decorative tule and ribbon.
