Ransom Note Records are over the moon to welcome underground hero Autumns to the fold! Autumns, aka Christian Donaghey, has been catapulting angular Post Punk weapons over the ramparts since 2014, via the likes of Downwards, Opal Tapes, iDEAL Recordings and DKA Records. You may have witnessed his fierce live show already, which he has been touring all over the world with Veronica Vasicka, Silent Servant and Wire. We are therefore thoroughly hyped to welcome him with open arms, as he propels four ferocious tunes in our direction.
The brilliantly titled Trolley Coin is as immediate as it is well named, with beautiful retro bass and Art of Noise-esque drums assaulting the senses. Trademark distorted, echoed vocals are present here too, building an atmosphere of duality: one part petrified dread, one part danceable joy!
