Clearly Jason's most accomplished work to date. A mix of subdued atmosphere and flamboyant roster of instruments, it is a subtle yet dense experience. It certainly lacks in duration compared to its predecessor, but Jason has made sure to craft each minute, each sound with an awful lot of purpose. I hesitated between "Humble Lion" and "Crushed Grapes" as a favourite track, but the latter's saxophone solo settled it.
