Brighde Chaimbeul is my favourite piper & here she really shows us what happens when mastery of such an instrument can be effortlessly & unselfconsciously avant garde whilst staying true to its gaelic roots. I saw her play solo recently & very little of her awesome sound is post production. A truly inspiring album which I find deeply spiritual.
