Stumbled on this band thanks to a playlist of a guy in a band that I watched at the Old Bar in Melbourne, chatted with briefly, and then followed me on Spotify 13 years ago. Great stuff, with a very unique sound and distinctive personality.
I have been following Cindy Lee's work for 10+ years.Of all the many excellent artists that popped up into my life in the late 00's Cindy Lee is one of the three or four that have stuck with me since. Haunting, intoxicating and mysterious this album will keep me busy for a while. Looking forward to what comes next and an opportunity to see this music live. Greetings from Melbourne, Australia.
