An album that deserves to be more widely recognized. It features purely instrumental tracks, as well as others carried by vocals that are at times clear and luminous, at other times dark and melancholic. Each track flows smoothly into the next, forming a perfectly coherent whole. Babylon By Car manages to present a wide variety of pieces—some even surprisingly original—without ever losing its unity or cohesion.
