Last year Mastiff released one of my favourite LPs of 2024. This year they’ve released my favourite EP of 2025. Hyperbole aside, this is laser focused sludgy, doom laden hardcore of the very highest order. This is the final Mastiff evolution.
An incredible and diverse album. Reminiscent of bands across the spectrum from Paradise Lost to Summoning. Undoubtedly Wode’s best record and hopefully their breakout album too.
