Nine Treasures have yet to release a bad album but this recording is on another level. The song writing, the arrangements, every aspect of this album is a level above anything they've released previously. Nice and heavy without ever going over the top. A very mature sounding album. In my opinion, with this release, Nine Treasures take their place among the very best folk metal bands on the planet. Easily their best album yet. This is something of a masterpiece. Album of the year so far.
