An EP that found it's way to my ears at a literal perfect storm. With the rain ravaging, my hot coffee cup full and nothing to worry about, I got lost in its intricate passages. I can't really find proper words that one can't already glean from the context. The musicianship and production are exquisite. Also hard to choose a fav, but I went for my favourite mode :)

Eerie, uncanny and disjointed. The birthchild of "The Downward Spiral" and "Soundtracks For The Blind", with a 60s kind of approach to production. Ever heard of albums that seem to be a descent into madness? Well this one is already there, with no intention of coming back. P.S My right ear feels neglected and my left one, violated.

"Tides" is quite an intricated journey through an allegorical landscape of, non specific, yet somehow precise states of mind. Seems to me there are 2 sides to this EP, with 2 tracks for each. The non specific nature and the absence of lyrics, so to speak, do allow for the listener to come to their own conclusions formed by the elaborate electronic ambience which is instinctively guided by the overall grooviness. Also that cover art is just sick af.
