The Voyage Home The Voyage Home
This beautifully produced album is founded in tradition and highlights Nini's ability to re-energize humble traditional instruments and produce an exciting modern sound. The music is moving and captivating and will find favour with a huge audience. 'The Voyage Home' brings the erhu into the mix and is one of the loveliest tunes I've ever heard 🙏This is a rare musical talent 😊

    Collapse Collapse
Over the last few years it's been a privilege to watch young musician, Sylwia, learn her craft and now to write her own beautiful, original music. Barbara's bass and Jozef's drumming make up the perfect trio. Every track on Blue Butterfly is gorgeous but the tender vocal and exquisite guitar break on Collapse makes it my current favourite after 3 listens.

Phosphere is a band with something different to offer. They write real music, original and fresh. This gorgeous piece showcases a tight unit of talented musicians and you can bet their forthcoming album will be amazing. The video is beautifully blue and, for me, symbolises the emergence of something really exciting.

  10. From Then On
    by Sylwia Urban
It has been fun to see how Sylwia has explored different styles of music as a young guitarist with obvious potential. This tune has an evocative quality and a compelling rhythm. I think her 2020 album with trio Phosphere will be innovative and fresh. Follow Sylwia and see if I'm right.

First listen after buying and the beauty of Juliette's voice just makes me smile. I'm going to listen to this album a lot just as I do with Terrarium. Too early to have a firm favourite but I'm loving Le Semeur and Dawn. And the delicate melody of Nocturne comes as a relaxing and gentle finale ☺️
  13. Give Love
by The Singer and The Songwriter
Lovely name for a duo that describes exactly what they are, although I'd add the word "musician" . Thu has a lovely technique on the guitar. These two produce a refreshing sound and are just compelling to listen to. They blend beautifully and I, for one, have become an instant fan.

This was the start of the journey. Finding the original instrumental version revealed an exceptional talent. The guitar played the way I love it!

    Killer Killer
Juliette has done what so many can't, moved from doing great covers to writing her own material. She not only knows how to play a guitar but every lick, every break is stunning and gorgeous. She sings in tune and her voice works so well with rock, in French and English. Killer is my current favourite but the whole album is perfect. I can't wait for another album and please God, she forms a band and comes to London
