It feels experimental yet familiar, breaking free of traditional song structures but still giving a listener a melodic, rhythmic, or thematic throughline to anchor the ears. I love the contrast of sounds from song to song yet it all seems to reside in the same bleak post-rockpocalyptic universe. Encanto mucho.
