A digitally-inclined duo from Bat Records, Ikadub explores the twists and turns of dub without confining themselves to the genre's boundaries. While their roots lie in dancing between sound system speakers, the duo draws on broader influences from underground culture. They oscillate between Kingston and London, 80s dancehall and 90s hip hop, creating a skillfully orchestrated blend that invites you to dance.
Always on the move, the two partners collaborate extensively with singers, producing unique arrangements to accompany each voice. The result: a generous album with multiple sounds.
