This was a very special project for me. It was in collaboration with a very talented Dance Group from Canada, named “GigaBots”. Big shout to AJ MegaMan Kambere. I didn’t want to just make songs with their names. I really wanted to build something with them, giving them an opportunity to be apart of the creation process … it was great. I got to sit with 6 different groups of these awesome young dancers and take notes on the type of feel that they would like me to represent for them. I’m glad to say… I was able to match the feels they wanted & came out with this really fun project. “Soulectriq” hope you enjoy!

This Album is dedicated to the dancers w/ soulful + electric movement. An experimental fusion of fresh energies, from a robotic perspectic. It’s full of uptempo, battle & cypher bangers. This is designed to trigger nuanced movements, to help you explore new rhythms, cadences, & feelings. Most of these songs have variety of Beatslaya Changes. This is intentional to help you train shifting your feeling, character, and focus. This album isn’t just beats. It’s my challenge to the dance community. I challenge you all to seek out new rhythm pockets and show the music w/ your movement. LET’S GOOOOOO!
