Yes, it's black metal, but not the usual kind. When I listen to 'Вище Неба' ("Far Above the Sky"), I hear beauty, not darkness. The music speaks of light and transcendence, uplifting the spirit (transition at 2:16); it tells me, 'Everything is going to be okay, you're safe' (5:01). It's deeply heartfelt (9:26), yet carries a powerful strength within (9:59). This is what music is all about: to inspire and elevate. Strength and resilience to Ukraine and its people in these troubling times.
