When are the usual U Up? episodes made available for subscribers?

Our usual Wednesday and Sunday episodes are available a day early. In some cases, these episodes may arrive mid-day (due to publishing constraints within the Apple and Spotify platforms), but rest assured that you’ll be the first to hear Jared and Jordana as soon as they’re available.

How often are the exclusive subscriber-only bonus episodes released?

The two bonus episodes arrive in your podcast feed on the first and third Monday of each month. This stuff is juicy, so be sure to keep an eye out for it.

What should I do if the latest early-release episode doesn’t appear in my feed?

Episodes are scheduled for release a day early, but in some cases, they may not land in your podcast feed until a full 24 hours ahead of their scheduled release (due to publishing constraints within the Apple and Spotify platforms). We suggest refreshing your podcast feed on early release days, but most should be available by mid-day for early listening.
