Elite Vancouver Guitarist Bill Coon returns to Cellar Music with 'Standard Elegance' presenting some of his favorite Jazz standards in a solo context.

Coon is skilled at saying more with less notes, he plays with the idea of space to allow the songs to breathe, and creates a feeling of intimacy whether playing rubato or setting up a groove.

This collection shines a light on the song's beautiful melodies and the many possibilities of their rich harmonies.
