You can actually judge someone by their appearance. You can judge how careful they are with hygiene, for an example. You can judge if they are actively working or if they are just concerned about looking good, what isn't a good signal at all if you are looking for someone to work for you, as someone who is constantly focused on himself, can't be focused on work properly.
It goes beyond identifying who is dressing to look like a homeless needy person, and who is well dressed to look professional and sharp.

Perhaps more precisely, adapt your clothes to your current situation. It's not about price or brand, but more about how it looks. Just adjust to the occasion: when to look neat and formal, when to be semi-formal, when to be stylish, or when to be casual.
Although, it's undeniable that sometimes, when our goal is to build connections with high-class people, we do have to adapt with a little more effort. Because, sometimes (not always), what we wear will be judged by them. At least, it's a plus point if it's not too bad. However, what must be considered and considered is, don't let this cause us to become overbought. Don't let us push ourselves too hard, to the point of falling into the category of "people who appear to have an elite lifestyle, struggling economically", because we push ourselves too hard.

One of the advantage of dressing good is that people will believe in you when they see you looking, they dont have to look you less. And i will say when you good people already expect a lot feom you and this why most people feel one shouldn't look over dressed when they needs help from someone. Dressing good have so many good advantages thsn even what you think because it makes people to respect you and also build obes networking system. Dress welll and work hard people will respect you
Normally the way we dress most times it influence other people and control their first impression towards us. Dressing neat and sharp can actually make you to be very bold and confidence, make you earn respect, and create possibly create good opportunities for you but then personally i believe that good character, and hard work is very very important because someone might look good on the outside, but it is their attitude and actions they hurt other people and it actually determine how others value and trust them so best combo is dressing well, work hard, and maintain good character.

I don't know if the discussion will fall under the category of an off topic discussion but I just had the thinking that there is a place dressing and looking good and how it affects your personal economy because when personal economy is good the society economy becomes better. There is this idea that some people have and I have heard from some around that if you actually need help you should not try to overdress or dress in a manner that looks like you do not need help so that people who can actually help you financially or with opportunities do not believe that you do not need your help based on you are good looking and put together already, but I am of the opinion that you should actually dress properly so that you would be approachable or be able to approach individuals who are in a position to be able to help you and they would help you probably without looking down on you. What is your opinion on this, still dressing up when you need help or dressing like the help you need?
Those who have that believe and mentality have a point, but not everyone actually reasons or thinks about things that way. We have people out there who just don't like to appear like their problem. They like to use the little they have to appear very presentable, while we also have those who choose to live there life and dress without minding meaning that others read to it, if anyone wants to seek help from someone else, they should approach the person based on how they think their helper rates others and not just in a general point of view just like when you are going for job interview your appearance and everyday life is not always the same.

Wether or not we care, it is just so unfortunate that society will always judge People based off their appearances, like it's just the usual, some certain attire will attract certain attention when you walk into the room and that's just how it has been wired into society and alot of persons look towards society for acceptance. I mean I have caught myself the same act sometimes and depending on the venue but the truly tour looks can affect how perceive you.
I do think you should dress how comfortably you want to and also be ready to be perceive by others, now I'm not saying you should be bothered or say "look forward to being judged" but then you can't ignore the fact that society will always judge so do with that what you will.

Everyone has different opinions and motives behind dressing well. An aunt of mine recently advised me that even if there is not enough food or money in the house, dressing neatly and wearing elegant clothes makes you feel smart. Even very easily presented in front of everyone, I agree with that. But I am not like everyone else, I always want to live a normal life and live with good character. But people always judge how economically advanced they are by outerwear. But the person is characteristic and to understand what kind of person it is, it is not possible to judge by the outer clothes.

I totally agree with that, especially the last part. A lot of people, especially from the younger generations, tend to spend too much money on their personality and appearance despite them not actually being able to easily afford all that. Sometimes it's their own money because they have a job and they spend most of it on buying clothes and shoes and everything so that they look good, and sometimes it's their parents or guardians that have to pay for all of it, and if they refuse, they start getting angry and mad, might even stop talking to everyone until they buy him or her whatever she is asking for, it might even be more expensive than they can afford, but they have to do it because of the stubborness of their child. So, it's actually really unnecessary because just like you said, a person should dress based on the occassions and situations and one doesn't need to buy new clothes and shoes every single time to look sharp and good every single day, especially when they can't easily afford to do it. I mean, if you are rich, you earn more money than you need or your parents do, then there is surely no problem, but if that's not the case, then just make sure you have one or a couple of suits that you can wear on special occasions, and the rest of the time, you can wear casual clothes.

It is very well said that we represent what we are by what we wear. The entire attire plays an important role in deciding ones personality. If we dress well, we visit better places to dine in, spend some time and once we get back to work, we have a much stronger mindset which positively affects our economy.
So to answer your question, yes, I think dressing can affect our personal economy. We have always seen businessmen spending thousands of dollars every month on their wardrobe which indefinitely pays off. Dressing reflects our personality and we would always want to work with a better person instead of someone wearing an inverted cap and pretending to be cool.

Dress how you'd like to be addressed but that doesn't mean you over do it. You know, some people feel they need to dress a certain way to create a certain impression but again when your pocket can't keep up, it becomes a problem as well. The op is right, there's a certain posh look you'd be on, the next person will conclude that everything is alright with you and push the opportunities that you should have gotten to someone else that they feel is in need of it. This discussion could spark up debate amongst people who may not really understand the topic because it will look as if you're telling them to stop looking good, citing the saying that "looking good is good business", but I feel the message is quite simple.
Yeah I agree about what you said about Dressing on how you'd like to be addressed if it is a formal business then you need to look good and dress well because your physical looks is one of the first impression of people and it can help you also to be more confident and you can connect with people. if you are just spending a lot of money just to look good that is another story. but dressing good does not mean that you need luxury brands or expensive suits there are many alternative ways to dress and look good.

You just have to dress in a moderate way that is not beyond your capacity, just because you're from middle class family or because you're struggling to survive doesn't mean you should always look rough and dirty. Living fake life doesn't help either because it will cause you several things. Luxurious life belongs to rich people, but if the rich person is wise enough he will know the best way to handle his wealth without spending it on unnecessary things. Life is unpredictable and is so uncertain that you do not know what situation you might find yourself in the future, so it is very important to make the right choice at the right time. Dressing well matters a lot, but it is very very important to cut your coat according to your size.

It's always advisable to dress probably and look good. It doesn't matter what others think. Although I think most people can think otherwise if they see you in good clothes, must we continue to depend on someone every time? Because it is only when you depend on someone that you would have this feeling. Apart from that, there's nothing that concerns anyone about how you live your life. Honestly, this dressing issue has been a big threat for some people, because most of the "big men" always want people to be under them, that's why we don't need to rely on anyone else.

You can dress anything you want but you should use the right dress. No need to follow the lifestyle if you think that is difficult but you can use dressing like others. But people wants to be glamour by others especially when they gather with their friends or reunion with their old friends. That makes them dressing up and show off which is not good if you are not the person with that characters. You can dress up where you are or where you want to go so you don't wear the wrong dress.
Everyone has the right to do whatever they want with their own freedom, in which case they can change their clothes as they wish. But if they try to do something different where it is appropriate, it will be considered unreasonable. Clothes increase a person's respect, but they must be appropriate according to their environment. Just as it is not appropriate for someone to wear clothes that are more dignified than their current status and want to make themselves known as having a higher status, it is also not acceptable if they have the ability to do so in an environment but do not change their dress there. That is, it is reasonable to change dress considering their own ability, position and situation.

It's not always that people judge other based on their appearances. Sometimes, people judge others depending on their personality. For me, dressing does not always matter as long as it is a decent dress. I don't expect people to wear Gucci and Armani's all the time. A decent t-shirt along with a denim and casual shoes would do just fine for me as long as the person knows how to present his ideas and has a better personality. I would look for a person who has good communications and interaction skills instead of someone wearing an expensive dress. Business owners earning millions wear a dress costing less than $100 while a random IT employee earning a few thousands every year would spend more than $100 alone on the shoes. It's the mindset and not the dressing that can affect our personal economy.

Dressing has absolutely nothing to do with our economy, yeah if you're talking about the aspect of help. Did you know that sometimes your appearance could make someone start looking up to you when you had nothing? Of course I'm speaking from experience, everyone have the right to dress however they like.
One thing you must know is that they don't judge people with appearance, it is only those that doesn't know how the world is going that would judge from ones appearance. Most of the rich people dress like average people meanwhile they are Rich.

I believe that dressing well will help us more or less.. because appearance is often the first impression that other people see, and when you dress well and according to the situation, it will make the first person's impression of you very good and make other people feel appreciated because you are able to dress by adjusting the situation. that's why salespeople are advised to maintain their appearance because they interact directly with potential customers, so that a neat and professional appearance can help make a better impression on potential customers.. just imagine if you were approached by a sales person who was dressed in shambles, maybe you would go straight away and not see what he has to offer.

It’s true that the inward matters more than the outward, but the truth is that people are really not interested in knowing the inward you at first, in fact, it’s the first impression you gave them about you that they’re most likely to work with, and what other way to give a first impression than your dressing. You might equally be a great person, but when you dress irresponsible in an official gather, then no one would be interested to know about just how great of a personally you are.

It does seem related to the economy because people often say dress for the job you want. If you want to be the director of a big company, who often have to attend very formal and professional functions, then people should become familiar seeing you in the right attire - which is sometimes a full suit. Obviously that would be more of a white collar sort of workplace, it's harder to distinguish yourself in certain trade jobs where it matters less. It's really true of all levels of the business as well, if you have poor personal hygiene or let your clothes get dirty at work then that image of you can stick in peoples minds. It also fits in with staying healthy, both eating properly and exercising, because staying in the right shape will often complement your outfit. There are also jobs where you might need to secure sales and interact with clients, if on paper you and another company are equal, the person who looked the smartest might win new business.
First impression is the last impression we have often reaf about it while appears can influence the first impression but it is not the reliable measurement to see the personal ability or how they work or their ability to get success. There are many work places where the work speak louder than the clothing a well dressed person who cannot perform his job clearly or well is not going to win the trust for the long period of time, there are industries where dressing formally has very little connection to the skills like in Engineering field in the IT departments and manufacturing and constructions these type of field require experience and strategic planning, problem solving skills rather than dressing. Similarly in the business field clients often come back to get more work because of the good services that was provided to them and the consistentency rather than the appearance.

We know that people live in society by making mistakes, especially in the way people dress. Those who feel very weak financially cannot wear very good quality and good clothes, but those who are financially well-off are neat and wear good clothes. However, it is true that if a poor person needs help, then he must be prevented from wearing good clothes and he must ask for help from those who are well-dressed and neat and have a good financial position. If help is sought, then of course one cannot wear neat clothes, but rather, one should extend a helping hand to those who wear clothes in general and have a good financial position. Basically, no one will help those who wear good quality clothes, because people know that those who wear good clothes also have a good financial position.

Dressing up is really important honestly, so many folks out there thought they don't need to dress properly but securing deal, etc you will look more trustable if you can take care of yourself. Some might think dressing is not important if you've build trust and portfolio, while that is true nothing wrong with dressing properly. For folks who are still building their career you definitely need to dress up. Take a lesson from fake trader who are selling course, they rented lamborghini just to increase people's trust and put them in positive perception.

Someone that really need help will not dress more than the person that he or she is going to meet for help because they will look at your looking before they will know what to do, and what they will do at the end will surprise many, some people that need help you will see it in their body language because any small thing they will appreciate you for the little support, they know that it can change some things to make them improve financially to contribute to the growth of their economy.
