Stenciled Creepy Boy Fun Card

 Greetings!  Today I am excited to share this fun card I created using Blank Page Muse's Creepy Kids. The Creepy kids are not just for Halloween.

 I love to create cards with them and send as cheeky thinking of you card or just because cards. Because we all know life needs some humor and Cheekiness! 

To recreate this card you will need:  




Supplies

Blank Page Muse Boy Words & Stencil Creepy Cute Kid Bundle designed by Dead Sea Toons 

Blank Page Muse Tall Stars Stencil designed by Stephanie Eaton

Distress inks, Embossing ink, Embossing Powder (white), blank archival ink, Memento ink, Alcohol Markers, coordinating cardstock

Start by securing your circles stencil from the Blank Page Muse Boy Words & Stencil Creepy Cute Kid Bundle designed by Dead Sea Toons  over your card background. 

Apply ink to your stencil with black archival ink. 

Secure your Blank Page Muse Tall Stars Stencil designed by Stephanie Eaton over your background.  Apply embossing ink and then white embossing powder.  Heat emboss  your stars to create a resist images. 

Apply distress inks over your card background.  I applied 4 different colors.   As the ink is applied you can see how the stars pop off the page.  Matte your background onto coordinating cardstock and add to your card base. 

Stamp your Creepy Boy from your Blank Page Muse Boy Words & Stencil Creepy Cute Kid Bundle designed by Dead Sea Toons .  Color your image as desired.  I love to give the creepy kids bright faces to make the eyes really stand out! 

Add your stamped creepy boy to your card.

Hi Stamping & Crafting Fans

I have another mixed media creation to share today in one of my journals.

I've used washi tape to make a background - I've used this technique before on my journal pages - washi and gesso vertically on the page in strips - this time I've used the washi horizontally after watching my local lady (where I go for classes!) create a journal page using washi.

A Snowy Night

Winter is coming!  

One of my favorite things to do when its snowing at night is to just stand outside and listen to the quiet snowy night sounds.  Today I am excited to share this card I made trying to recreate that serenity that comes from a quiet snowy night!  And a bonus is that this card is easy to  "mass" produce in case you are a little behind on your holiday cards like me! 

Supplies needed to recreate this card include:

Blank Page Muse Star Bright Gnome Wintery Tree Let Your Light Shine words Art Rubber Stamps designed by Pam Bray

Blank Page Muse Waterclouds Layering Shapes Mixed Media Stencil 

Blank Page Muse Celestial Moon & Stars Mixed Media Stencil designed by Stephanie Eaton 

Dark Blue Paper (I used a shiny paper); Ink - Blank, White; Paint- White;

Sentiment Sticker

Start by stamping the tree repeatedly from Blank Page Muse Star Bright Gnome Wintery Tree Let Your Light Shine words Art Rubber Stamps designed by Pam Bray onto your blue paper. 

Using White ink and a dauber or a cotton ball, ink the lower edge of clouds from the Blank Page Muse Waterclouds Layering Shapes Mixed Media Stencil . 

Keep adding clouds until you are happy with your sky.

Using white ink add moon using the Blank Page Muse Celestial Moon & Stars Mixed Media Stencil designed by Stephanie Eaton. 

I just love the glowing sky the white ink created. 

Using white paint splatter your paint to create snowflakes!

Mat your stamped image ont your card base and add your sentiment to finish off your card!

Art Journal page There is a little Witch in all of us

 Hello, Mo here.

I had so much fun making this art journal page, using the stencils and stamps from Blank Page Muse.

This page was made in my leather bound journal (Barnes and Noble), it's not supposed to be used for art journaling but it does work. When I saw the cute witch stamp I just had to use bright colors to make this page. She is flying over the flames on her branch, which is the more "green, environment friendly" version of the old fashioned broom :-)

Something Witchy this way comes...

 Good Morning & Happy Friday!
Today I have a bewitching print to share with you. It was magic watching the Gel Press and Paint create an amazing background, all the while adding some Blank Page Muse and a perfect spell was cast....

Whimsical Art Journal Page

 Hello everyone, it's Monique today on the blog, showing a whimsical art journal page, using stamps and stencil from Blank Page Muse.

I love the funny creatures by Stephanie Eaton. Although some people might think they are a bit creepy, they are perfect to use in a whimsical way. Just combine with some other cute/sweet stamps and add some stars and nice colors. How sweet is this little guy telling the moon he loves her?

Stitches Pyro is Feeling Witchy!

 Hi BPM Fans!

Hope you are enjoying our "Holiday" inspired month and all the DT creations using the huge range of stamps available at the Blank Page Muse Store!

I have another creation today using more stamps designed by Stephanie Eaton - she has such quirky characters to create with!

Supplies:

Blank Page Muse Stamp: Stitches "Pyro" Witch designed by Stephanie Eaton

Blank Page Muse Stamp: Stitches "Frond" Wording designed by Stephanie Eaton

Black Ink Pad and White Cardstock

Colouring Mediums

Black Base Card

Washi Tape

Black Gesso

Ink Sprays

General supplies: double sided tape or glue, scissors, embellishments

Instructions:

Start by stamping your chosen images on white cardstock, colour and fussy cut.

Add strips of washi tape to your card front - vary the lengths and widths.

Add a thin layer of black gesso to the card front. Allow to dry.

Use metallic ink sprays to add some colour to the card front. Allow to dry.

Add your stamped images and any embellishments.
