Rain of Terror In The Land of Jesus

The land of Israel known as the Gaza strip had fire rain down on them causing widespread damage and death, according to one observer:

Human Rights Watch, the New York based rights group, said Israel's use of phosphorus weapons was more widespread and many people had died as a result of burn injuries.

Its report concluded that the Israeli military "repeatedly exploded white phosphorus munitions in the air over populated areas, killing and injuring civilians and damaging civilian structures, including a school, a market, a humanitarian aid warehouse and a hospital".

What a concept.

Prosecute the ones who ordered wrongdoing (e.g. Generals) instead of prosecuting those who followed the orders (e.g. PFC).

Obama, Holder, are you listening?

The real side of the problem is that they were not given the punishment they deserved, because Israel was too soft on that terror.

However, at least the principle set forth is better than U.S. policy.

The U.S. does nothing to the top people who orchestrate the terror the ground troops do in obedience to criminal orders.

MOMCOM is such a looker, but the public is such an ugly little thang.

DJDI Goes To Washington

"Da Joos Did It" (DJDI) is an infamous fake progressive movement that is fundamental, religious, and racist in nature.

They are in daily denial of that of course, claiming to be progressive while spouting racist hatred against Jews and minorities.

The DJDI will not like a turn of events in the AIPAC spy case that even pulled in Jane Harman for a brief excursion. It now has a new twist:

Franklin said the FBI first pressed him about working undercover in an investigation into alleged Israeli spying in the United States in May 2004, after he had become a subject of investigation into whether he provided sensitive information to reporters at CBS News on Iraqi exile leader Ahmed Chalabi's relations with Iran.

He said his FBI handlers convinced him that AIPAC analysts Steven Rosen and Mr. Weissman were "bad people" and that the agency needed his help in making a criminal case against the pro-Israel lobby officials. The two AIPAC officials were eventually indicted, but this spring -- after years of legal wrangling -- the government reversed course and dropped all charges against them.

(Washington Times). It appears that Franklin outed Chalabi as an "American killer" which outraged Cheney and crew who wanted to use Chalabi as a source who would say Iraq "had millions of WMD" so they could invade Iraq.

The List Of You Shall Be The Greatest

Liam Neeson did a great job playing Schindler in the movie Schindler's List.

That list is said to have been found in Australia:

Schindler's list helped hundreds of Jewish workers escape death in the Holocaust during World War II.

It was found in research notes which belonged to the Australian author of Schindler's Ark - the basis for the Oscar-winning film, Schindler's List.

The document was found at the New South Wales Library in Sydney.

Like Bachmann, Limbaugh, and other wingnuts, some of those who fancy themselves as being "progressive" make anti-semitic statements while trying to cover them up with argument that they are only anti-Israel.

Get Over It, V?

The movie V for Vendetta is a story about a torture victim, "V", who escaped.

During the movie V lives underground while plotting to overthrow the big brother dictatorship that tortured him and those like him. V could have been a Jew at one of the death camps during the time we refer to as the holocaust.

Should the Israeli and German officials get over it or should they continue in their prosecution of American citizens accused of being NAZI murderers?

A recent thread here pointed out the sensitivity the Catholic Church has, and the insensitivity some Americans who call themselves progressives have.

Some of them think free speech is yelling "F*** You" to anything they perceive as ... well ... Veeish. Hey, we all have to think with the brain we have, including Cable Guy.

If they think yelling "F*** Israel" is the best way to bring peace to the mid east and that is the best they can do, hey, that is the best they can do.

Freeman Resigns - Foreign Pressures

We wrote about Charles Freeman in a thread a while back.

We were upbeat then because we think there needs to be balance in the Palestinian / Israeli scene.

That is to say, the past 8 years of the Bush II regime have been decidedly unbalanced.

In the interest of mid east peace, before Bush II, the US had traditionally attempted to play the role of an independent broker fair to both sides.

No one wants a biased judge. But the Bush II regime was clearly unbalanced in favour of one of the parties. We saw Freeman as a reset and a start toward a new balance.

Well, the waters are evidently so poisoned, according to Mr. Freeman, that he could not stay in his post any longer. He had hardly unpacked.

Some will say zionists did it. I think it was warsters, i.e. neoCons. But warster zionists, warster palestinians, and warster neoCons all have the same mental and emotional "DNA".

Those types all have the same behavioural and cognitive pattern, so the label is less important than the fact they are rabid and do not want peace. At this moment their polarization does not bode well for mid east politics.

This development also shows how difficult the job is for the Secretary of State and the ambassadors to that region.

The Doctrine of The Holocaust

The Pope is said to have ordered a bishop to recant of his views on the holocaust.

In a recent article we pointed out how some of the criticism of the catholic church by those who see themselves as progressives had missed the fact that a pardoned bishop was a bishop who said there was no holocaust.

We saw that blog's consistent harangue against "zionism" as the reason it often overlooked the big picture.

Evidently we were correct to see it as a big deal, because the Pope has intimated that if he had known of the bishop's holocaust statements he would not have pardoned him.

Instead the Pope ordered the bishop to unambiguously recant from the position that there was no holocaust.

"Progressives" v "Zionists" is A Ruse

Even in the face of history the blogs of self righteous indignation are against "Zionism" I guess.

Whatever they think that ism is.

That ism to their way of thinking seems to be synonymous with "Isreal", which is equal to "Jew" I gather.

So Zionism = Isrealism = Jewism?

These blogs of self righteous indignation and racism have progressed about sixty years backwards to another time when their self assessed righteous ancestors ran amok after being infected with the same meme such blogs are infected with.

One difference that throws them off, in terms of identifying what it is they stand for, is that the meme infecting them sixty years ago had a host wearing a NAZI uniform.

The host today dresses and acts differently. The host today also claims to be chic and cool and wise and intelligent and sophisticated.

As if the old host did not claim the same.
