lyrics
I'm sick and tired.
Don't leave me father, forgive me.
Create a new heart, give me a fresh start.
Don't let your spirit part away.
I'm not a man who wishes to be a slave.
I'm on my knees, shouting your name.
Wash me clean from my guilty conscious and cleanse my from my filth.
For my transgressions are heavy, be justified on my levy.
Be justified.
I am lost, I’m lost without you.
Without your guidance its harder to follow through.
I am lost, I’m lost without you.
Without your guidance its harder to follow through.
Don't leave me father, forgive me.
Create a new heart, give me a fresh start.
Don't let your spirit part away.
I'm not a man who wishes to be a slave.
I'm on my knees, shouting your name.
Create a new heart, give me a fresh start.
Don't let your spirit part away.
I'm not a man who wishes to be a slave.
I'm on my knees, shouting your name.
Let the bones you have crushed rejoice and help me receive your voice.
Hide your face from my sins and take my darkness within.
For what I want to do, I do not do.
For what I hate I do, I do.
For what I want to do, I do not do.
For what I hate I do, I do.
Impending Doom is some of the most deathcore-y stuff, and Hellbent is no exception! Well done album, fantastic album artwork, and just plain gritty breakdowns!!! I 100% recommend this album! Daniel Pearson
Dang brutal, God-pleasing, and just plain ear candy for me! A release that is just stunner! Cultist surprised me with this album, as I had previously thought they were overrated. Nope. Not anymore! Daniel Pearson
The choice of favorite track is super hard here, in a great way. Deathcrusher is a classic, and I prefer this version over the previous. Drowning Beneath and The Longest Thorn are close runners up. Overall, love the slightly more melodic feel of this album. A great introduction to slam and the squeal vocal style for fans of deathcore. Matthew Bunch
