Ride
Inspired by Winston Churchill’s quote “If you’re going through hell, keep going”, Ride is about empowerment, love and the natural world. In some ways its a commentary on the ancient Greek myth about the gods being so scared of humans that they split our souls between two people to weaken us. The point of life then is
to search to find the other half of your soul. It also features some overt guiro playing – a percussion instrument you don’t hear much of in music these days.
