10th album by Testament, 4 years after their last one, with Gene Hoglan behind the kit, replacing Paul Bostaph. The result is a much more melodic affair than 'The Formation of Damnation'. It is their attempt to go one step closer to their older sound by bringing in even more melody. The production was helmed by Andy Sneap and the result is a big, powerful and loud sound.
