2. Scroll down and tap on Control Center.
3. Tap the green plus (+) next to Hearing to add it to your Control Center.
4. Make sure the AirPods are connected via Bluetooth.
5. Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open the Control Center.
6. Tap the ear icon.
7. Tap Live Listen to activate it.

Once Live Listen is on, place the AirPods in their ears and speak into the phone—your voice will be amplified, helping them hear you better.
