Reclined Yin Yoga | 30 minutes of complete relaxation
Namaste Yogis! Here is a 30 min yin yoga sequence you can do lying down (on your mat or in bed). The purpose of this class is to unwind, so we will deeply stretch it out and then end the class with some pranayama breathwork to calm the nervous system. I will keep the talking to a minimum, so only enough to guide you into the poses and offer some variations, then I'll let you enjoy in silence :)
Deep Stretch Yin Yoga | 75 minutes FULL BODY
Namaste Yogis! Here's a 75 minute long deep stretch yin yoga flow with intermediate/advanced options. There's no music so you can play any of your own music in the background! Or you can simply listen to your breath :) As for props, you may need a strap or belt and some blocks (or big books) to help you settle into the poses.
