Manhattan Apartment Renovation

We may be Brooklyn boys, but we loved the opportunity to hop over the bridge and renovate this apartment in Manhattan-- we call it Broadway Reno. From the moment we saw the views through the big corner windows, we knew this would be a great one! You won’t believe the transformation this project went through, from a loft apartment that was dull, dingy and dated to a serene, modern escape from the bright lights of Broadway.

What used to be a factory with soaring ceilings and those ubiquitous industrial columns now has 3 bedrooms, a home office, 3 bathrooms, a huge laundry room, as well as an open living area that’s perfect for the family! Neutral Modern Kitchen With Gray Accents
This custom kitchen stunner is now in the heart of this Manhattan loft and it’s such a showpiece. The column is now part of the island that wraps around it in curved metal cladding. The cabinets have integrated pulls and go all the way up to the ceiling, except for the very small reveal that is actually the HVAC vent. Watch the full tour linked above!

Gray Moody Primary Bathroom With Natural Light
This primary bathroom is now a soothing and serine space for the homeowners to relax. The arched pocket door entrance, massive soaking tub, and clean lines of the tile give a calming start & end to every day. It was important to bring natural items to the space and that’s why we worked with @akdousa. The Turkish gray marble from AKDO on the floor has so much depth and dimension, each tile is it’s own masterpiece. To contrast we used the Origin Birch glossy White 10 1/2” stacked on the walls.
