Simple Braised Red Wine Beef Short Rib recipe! 🔥😋
Ingredients: 5 - 6 Beef Short Ribs Salt and Pepper 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 5 Garlic Cloves (minced) 1 Large Onion (diced) 3 Celery Ribs (diced) 2 Large Carrots (diced) 3 Tbsp tomato paste 2 1/2 cups Dry Red Wine (I use Cabernet Sauvignon) or a Merlot will do. Don’t get any expensive wine. This should only cost about $10 2 Cartons of Beef Stock 64 oz 6 Sprigs of fresh Thyme 4 Bay Leaves Sprinkle beef generously with salt and pepper. (Make sure you drizzle oil on the beef so the salt and pepper sticks) Heat oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add half the short ribs and brown aggressively all over. Remove and repeat with remaining short ribs, then remove. Turn heat down to medium. Add onion and garlic into the same pot and cook for 2 minute
