I've perfected this recipe to the point where a turkey breast comes out of the oven so juicy, and so moist that it's hard to believe that super lean turkey breast meat can be like that. It's a must-try recipe if you like turkey breast meat.

Whenever I don't bring my lunch to work, eight times out of ten, I would pick up a box of roasted vegetables with a large turkey meatball from the local store's lunch bar. Let me tell you, those roasted vegetables are really good, albeit quite expensive, and have a fairly limited variety. My solution now - MAKE MY OWN ROASTED VEGETABLES! They are so good that I could eat them every day. I don't even need meat to go with them, and I am a meat lover. Make them for your Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoy!
