Macros makes 10 slices 180 calories 13g C | 6g F | 13g P Ingredients Base 5 digestive biscuits 1tbsp light butter 50g oats blended 500g % fat yogurt 200g light Philadelphia 1tsp lemon extract 2tsp gelatin mixed with 2tbsp hot water Squeeze lemon 1tbsp coconut oil Lemon curd Juice and zest of 2 lemons 1 tbsp honey 2 eggs 3 egg yolks 1tbsp honey 2tsp gelatin mixed with 2tbsp hot water For the curd mid all the ingredients in a glass bowl over boiling water for 10mins until the mixture thickens.
